Procedure

In the class data for a bond with a redemption schedule, choose the Conditions tab. Under the general condition characteristics in the Redemption section, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (Details).

The Sets for ID Number XXX: Display screen appears. The list is displayed using the Structure linkSAP List Viewer (ALV): Classic. From here, you can access the functions listed below, as well as standard SAP List Viewer functions. To call up the functions, use either the pushbuttons on the top of the screen or the menu.

Functions for Displaying/Editing the Redemption Schedules

You go to the editing mode for the list of redemption schedules within a redemption schedule set. The list is displayed using the Structure linkSAP List Viewer (ALV): Classic. In addition to some standard SAP List Viewer functions, you can perform the following activities:

You go to the display mode for the list of redemption schedules within a redemption schedule set. The list is displayed using the Structure linkSAP List Viewer (ALV): Classic. From here, you can carry out some standard SAP List Viewer functions and also the following:

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Display all selected redemption schedules

You can use this function to display the entire list of redemption schedules from several redemption schedule sets.

Select the appropriate RS sets and choose Redemption schedules ® Display all selected redemption schedules.

The entire list of redemption schedules is displayed with the Structure linkSAP List Viewer (ALV): Classic. From here, you can carry out some standard SAP List Viewer functions and also the following:

You can use this function to go directly to the active redemption schedule in the selected redemption schedule set.
