Use
The structures and tables in Profitability Analysis are not delivered by SAP. Instead, the customer creates them in Customizing. For this reason, it is not possible to deliver reports that are ready for productive use. However, to enable you to gain an insight into how profitability reports can be structured, SAP delivers example reports for both costing-based and account-based Profitability Analysis. You can use these as templates for purposeful profitability reports.
Features
The example reports are delivered in operating concern S001 and have the technical names 0-SAPnn. The name of the corresponding key figure scheme is -0. These names were chosen to avoid any conflict with user-defined objects.
You use the technical name to execute, display, or change a report, via the corresponding menu options. These reports are available in all clients of the customer system. However, you can change reports in any client of your system except client 000.
If, after making changes, you want to reset the example report to its original state and call up the delivered SAP example report, you can do this using the function Tools
® Production Startup ® Import Objects in Customizing. This function imports the reports and related objects from client 0 to your client as these objects were delivered with the standard system.The following profitability reports are delivered:

When you execute a report, you can use pushbuttons to display more detailed information about the individual reports (such as report parameters, layout structure, and comments).
