Use

With this automatic planning method, you can set planning data to zero. No records are deleted in the database.

Among other things, you can also use this method to restore a plan at a later time. This might be necessary if, while entering planning data manually, you inadvertently posted incorrect data, or if automatic planning methods were interrupted unexpectedly (for example, due to a power failure), resulting in a plan with inconsistent data.

In the parameter set, you can specify the following:

If you do not want to delete all the data in the selected planning package, you can restrict the selection further by entering a date and a time from which the data should be deleted.
By making the appropriate setting, you specify, on the one hand, whether the deletion is to be executed in a test run or in an update run, or, on the other hand, whether this decision is to be postponed until the point of execution of the parameter set.
You can jump to a background processing screen.
In the Value fields tab page, you specify which specific value fields are to be deleted.
