A realignment run is supposed to make master data changes for a certain number of profitability segments in the CO-PA data basis. These changes can only be made once, so the realignment run can only be executed once (successfully). This is why each run contains status information ("New", "Scheduled", "Running", "Successful", "Terminated", "Restored"). The status of a run can only change as follows:

A new realignment run can change to the status "Scheduled" if you schedule it using Execute ® With/Without starting time or Restore ® With/Without starting time.

When a scheduled run is started, its status changes to "Running".

A running job can be completed "successfully" or terminated abnormally. If it is terminated abnormally, its status changes to "Terminated"

A run that has been executed successfully or terminated abnormally can then be restored, in which case its status changes to "Restored". Again, if the restore terminates abnormally, the status becomes "Terminated".

A restored realignment run always keeps this status. If you want to execute the realignment again, you first need to copy the realignment run.

You can test a realignment run at all times. This does not change its status.
