The sub-test attributes specify the properties or characteristics the sub-test assumes during test execution.

Most of the sub-test attributes are the same as the test attributes. The following describes the additional attributes specific to sub-tests:

This attribute determines whether successful completion (individual test value ³ cut-off value) of the sub-test is required for the successful completion of the entire test. If you specify that passing is required, the test is marked as "not passed", if either the individual test value is smaller than the cut-off value for the entire test or the sub-test was not successfully completed.

This is a four-character maximum short descriptor used in the results display.
