Special Features
Public Services
Services are defined under the node Public. These services are mainly intended for test purposes. These services are different from other services in the tree in that although no user data is set for these services, they require no logon to the SAP System. All actions in these services are carried out under a standard system user. For this reason, you cannot create your own service under the node Public.
Options
Special services are located under the node Options. These services are for SAP-internal use.
Parse URL
Use Edit ® Parse URL to display details of how any URL is used in searches for services, aliases, and so on.
Other Functions
Choose Go to to go to other functions used for configuring and analyzing HTTP communication.
ICM Monitor
This is the monitoring transaction for the Internet Communication Maneger (ICM). It is described in detail under

Message Server Monitor
This is the monitoring transaction for the SAP Message Server. For documentation on this see
Message Server Monitor.
Maintain Profile Parameters
In this transaction you can display all profile parameters, and dynamically change many of them.
Note that with dynamic changes, these are lost the next time the instance is started. So that changes are still effective when the system is restarted, you must include the changes in the profile file.
