Purpose

The Social Insurance RED system (Electronic Document Remission) is the only medium allowed and supported by the Administration for the electronic exchange of data with companies.

Process

The data medium exchange process with the Social Insurance consists of the following steps:

  1. Generation of the corresponding data records according to whether they are enrollment or contribution slip or monthly contribution messages
  2. Display and checking of the records created using the TemSe file display and download program RPUTMSE0. (See also the documentation on this program in the Application help on the selection screen).
  3. Download the TemSe files to your PC.
  4. Checking, preparing and sending of these using the Social Insurance WINSUITE program.

Result

Both the data about your employees as well as the corresponding contribution slips are kept up to date in the Social Insurance Administration.
