Procedure

  1. On the selection screen, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. When the Get Variant dialog box is displayed (for Flexible Employee Data report RPLICO10, for example), enter the information on the variant you require, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    3. This takes you to the ABAP: Variant Directory of Program <report name> dialog box.

  3. Select the required variant.
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

The system displays the report selection screen with the appropriate data. You can change the selection criteria as required, or you can execute the report immediately.
