Procedure

  1. On the selection screen, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text for the selection option that needs more data to be entered.

    2. This takes you to the Multiple Selection for <selection option> dialog box. The tab pages enable you to enter the single values or ranges that you want to include in (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text) or exclude from (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text) the selection.

  2. Enter the required selection values and ranges.
  3. If you also want to specify a selection option for a value or range, place the cursor in the appropriate field, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text, select the required selection option, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Copy.
  4. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

The report selection screen is displayed again. The selection values and ranges you specified are taken into account when the report is executed.
