With this infotype you load and handle previous year’s tax data from CAF (Centre for Fiscal Assistance) for each employee of a company with a staff of more than 50.

The format of the data derived from CAF complies with the legal provisions published on Gazzetta Ufficiale.

In order to use this function, you have to run a batch input session so that all compulsory data is entered in this infotype and in table T5ITPC.

The function, entered in the payroll schema for Italy, settles data derived from CAF. This processing stage is articulated into different cases depending whether the amount is to be reimbursed to or withheld from the employee. The function generates the relevant wage types in table T5ITT7.

In case of withholding, the employee can pay the amount of various tax types (IRPEF, regional taxes, etc.) over different pay scale jumps (e.g. every month) or as a one-off payment.

If the employee has not declared anything, a one-off payment is made.

The infotype is divided up into sections for the handling of data of the various taxes, depending on the options allowed by the various institution/s concerned.
