Definition
In Additional Organizational Assignment CH infotype (0039), you store the entries for the following employee assignments:
Structure
Paying office
In the Paying office field, you can specify three different assignments for each employee. If payroll is divided up within the company, you can sort according to these paying offices.
Entries for ASM statistics
The per Employee field is used in the standard system for the Employers‘ Association for Swiss Engineering Industry (ASM) statistics in August.
If your company does not belong to the ASM, you can use the field for your own statistics.
Time targets
The Minimum % and Maximum % fields can be used to control the piecework rate.
These fields are not used in the standard system.
Reduced Working Hours
You assign your employees to the organizational units for reduced working hours based on the company area.
