Qualifications Overview for an Organizational Unit

Use

This report generates a list of all the qualifications in an organizational unit, along with their average proficiencies. The objects that hold the qualifications in question also appear in this list.

Use this evaluation if you want to:

Display an overview of the qualifications that exist in an organizational unit

Display the average proficiency for each qualification, and use this value as a reference value for rating or appraising employees

Estimate the potential performance of organizational units
Track the performance of an organizational unit over a period of time
