Use
In the SAP component Product Safety (EHS-SAF), you can create and optically archive EH&S documents (reports, labels).

Preparation and Customizing (EH&S)
If you want to use the SAP database as your archive system, no further Customizing is necessary. If you want to use an external archive system, you must make the following settings.
Customizing
You must link an optical archive to your SAP System using SAP ArchiveLink to form the archive system for EH&S documents. To do this, you must make the following settings in Customizing:
