PY-HK Notifications infotype (0128)

Definition

This infotype stores texts required by different R/3 modules. It has two subtypes:

General Notifications subtype (1)

For texts relevant for modules except payroll

Personal notifications subtype (2)

For texts relevant for payroll only

Note

In Payroll Hong Kong, you use this subtype to create and maintain texts for:

the Remarks section specially in IR56B tax form;
the reason in case there is no money held under Section 52(7) of the Inland Revenue Ordinance in IR56G tax form

Use

You should start with either "IR56B" or "IR56G" when maintaining field Short title. In this way, when you process for relevant tax forms, the system will be able to include this record correspondingly.

The text you input should be no more than 70 characters otherwise there will be an error in the form. You should apply Continuous text as the correct format.

Note

During the tax year, if there are more than one records for IR56B in this subtype for the employee, only the most recent one will be included in the form.
