Object Type EMPAWARD (Granting)
Definition
This business object is a type of employee compensation that allows employees to participate in the capital or success of the enterprise. It can take the form of shares, stock options, or convertible bonds.
You can find the object in the Business Object Repository under Personnel Management -> Compensation Management.
Use
This business object is used in the standard workflows of the Long-Term Incentives component.
Structure
The granting of an award is identified by:
Indicates the employee who received a granting of this award.
Indicates the type of award.
Indicates when the employee received the granting.
Examples of characteristics of a granting are the name of the award and the expiration date.
Integration
An employee receives a granting (business object: EMPLOYEET Employee).
The employee can exercise the awards granted (business object: EMPAWEXERC Award).
