Use

Depending on your system settings and how you customize your data entry screen, there may be more information on a record than is displayed in the data entry section.

You can use the Detailed time data function to display an overview of all existing data.

You receive the following information, for example:

Procedure

  1. Call the data entry view for CATS classic.
  2. Select the row on which you require additional information.
  3. Choose Goto ® Detailed time data.

    4. The Time Sheet: Detail screen appears. The screen displays all data that has been entered as part of a working time attribute. You can also see the target component to which the data has been transferred, or will be transferred.

  4. Exit the screen by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Back.

The data entry view for CATS classic reappears.

Result

You have displayed detailed information specifying the target component.
