
Status Editing for the Work Area
Use
This function provides a release process for work areas. The status indicates which position in the release process a data record has reached.
Activities
The initial status specifies the starting point in the release process. You assign the initial status when you create a work area.
You can change the status according to the table below. The status Historical is the end point.

When you assign the status Historical, the data record can only be displayed and no longer edited. You can still delete the data record, though.
The following table shows the sequence of statuses according to the
