Archiving Notas Fiscais 

Use

Data Archiving removes from the database application data that is no longer required, and places it in archive files that can be accessed and analyzed at a later date. For more information about archiving, see Introduction to Data Archiving.

SAP R/3 enables you to archive notas fiscais. They are archived using archiving object J_1BNF, which is supplied with Country Version Brazil. It is used for archiving the data in the following tables:

·        J_1BNFCPD: Nota Fiscal One-Time Accounts

·        J_1BNFDOC: Nota Fiscal Header

·        J_1BNFFTX: Nota Fiscal Header Message

·        J_1BNFLIN: Nota Fiscal Line Items

·        J_1BNFNAD: Nota Fiscal Partners

·        J_1BNFREF: Nota Fiscal Reference to Header Message

·        J_1BNFSTX: Nota Fiscal Tax Per Item

Procedure

From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Tools ® Administration ® Administration ® Data Archiving. Enter the object name J_1BNF. From here, you can archive, delete, and read a nota fiscal from the archive.
