Customer-Specific Data Checks (ITimeSheetChecker)

Use

You can use the ITimeSheetChecker interface to implement customer-specific data checks in CATS notebook.

If you want to implement customer-specific data checks using Java interfaces in CATS notebook, you must also implement these checks in SAP R/3 using the appropriate SAP enhancement. The following always applies: The customer-specific checks in SAP R/3 must be at least as thorough as in CATS notebook, if not more so.

The ITimeSheetChecker interface offers the following options:

You can set up additional checks for the data records entered.
The system displays the result of the additional checks as a message on the user interface.
The system links the messages issued with the data record being checked.
