  1. Create a data carrier for each applicant in Recruitment to be transferred.
  2. Import the individual data carriers to Personnel Administration.

Caution

Once you have created a data carrier for an applicant, the applicant action Transfer applicant data is completed. If you want to write the applicant's data to a data carrier more than once for technical reasons, please select the Repeat field on the selection screen of the report.
