Prerequisites

An individual letter to an applicant can either be created along with the activity it accompanies or at any later date, provided the activity has the status planned. There is only one prerequisite. The applicant activity must have planned status. This procedure can only be performed if the applicant has been assigned a planned activity, together with the appropriate standard letter.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Activities ® Maintain.
  2. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  3. Enter the desired applicant number, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text..
  4. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  5. Select the desired activity, and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Activity.
  6. The Change Planned Activity dialog box appears.

  7. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Letter.
  8. The Change Applicant Correspondence: <text name> Language EN screen appears. A copy of the standard letter is displayed on the screen.

  9. Change the text.
  10. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  11. Go back, by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  12. The Change Planned Activity dialog box appears.

    Note

    The system has automatically set the Letter changed indicator.

  13. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  14. The Maintain Applicant Activities screen appears.

  15. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

You have created an individual letter for a planned applicant activity.
