Use

For further information on using this report, please refer to Structure link Reports.

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Information system ® Reports ® Organizational unit ® Expired qualifications.

    2. The Expired Qualifications screen appears.

  2. In the Organizational unit field, enter the organizational unit you want to evaluate.
  3. If necessary, change the evaluation period.
  4. If you want the system to propose training courses that will refresh the qualifications that have expired, select the Training proposals flag.
  5. Choose Program ® Execute.

    6. The Expired Qualifications screen appears.

    All planning objects in the organizational unit with qualifications that have expired are displayed.

  6. From this list, you can perform the following actions:

Proceed as follows:

To display a profile

To work through a career planning scenario

To display training proposals

Position your cursor in the header of the planning object in question, and choose Goto ® Profile.

Position your cursor in the header of the planning object in question, and choose Goto ® Career planning.
  1. Choose View ® Editing options.

    2. The Expired Qualifications dialog box appears.

  2. Select the Generate training proposals flag, and choose Transfer.
