This report generates a support list per employee and per company code with all the necessary information to complete the ANSeS form PS.6.2. The printout is made via a form defined in SAPscript.

This report selects the last ten active years of the employee in each Company Code.

For each employee you detail the last five service characters together with start and end dates and the total time in each. You also edit the total number of days, months and years in all the service characters and the total interruptions in them all.

For each corresponding year you specify what the remuneration received was for each of the twelve corresponding months of that year. This remuneration is expressed in the original currency in force on the last day of the year and in the currency in force on the issue date of the report.

You also enter the employee occupation or position, the service character and the time effectively worked, in months, days and hours.

At the end of each year you enter the total payments received, in the original currency in force on the last day of the year and in the currency in force on the issue date of the report.

At the end of each Company Code in which the employee worked you detail the absences and unpaid leave for each of the service characters listed at the start of the report, together with the total deductible time, in days, months and years.
