You can use the contract bundle to group together single commission contracts. Bundling is done at contract level. You can use the contract bundle for collective processing for more than one commission contract partner for a contract. You do not have to include all contracts for this commission contract partner in the bundle. A commission contract can be assigned to more than one contract bundle, but not more than once to the same contract bundle. You can create, change or display contract bundles.

You have entered the required settings in Customizing: Commissions à Maintain Settings for Contract Bundle.

The following functions are available for working with the contract bundles (in the commission menu, under Master data à ComnContract à Contract Bundle à Create/Change/Display):

You can switch contract bundle type once the expiry date has been reached.

It is possible to have multilevel relationships between contract bundles, in which there are more than one commission contract and contract bundle, which also bundle other commission contracts.

You can use customer-specific exits, for example, object data collection for additional commission cases or letters or documents.

In the commission system, choose Master data à Contract Bundle à Create/ Change/ Display.
