The system calculates the dates of activity elements in relationship to the start or finish date of their activity. You enter an offset to the activity start and an offset to the activity finish.

So that the dates of the activity elements lie within the time frame of the activity, you must enter a:

• Positive value for the offset to start
• Negative value for the offset to finish
