Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

A permit that can be used under certain circumstances instead of a waste approval.

Example

In Germany, waste transporters can use a collective waste approval if they collect waste that has the same waste code and the same disposal channel from a number of waste generators, and the waste quantity per waste generator does not exceed a specific value. In contrast to the waste approval, with a collective waste approval the waste transporter submits the declaration of responsibility and not the waste generator.
