Finding Objects for a Development Plan
Use
This report generates a list of all persons involved in a specific development plan. This list is sorted by the development status of these development plan participants.
You use this report to manage, evaluate, plan capacities for, and search for persons who are or who have been involved in a development plan. The report provides answers to the following questions:

You can go directly from any object in the results list to:
Individual development planning, where you can display all the development items
Development plan history, where you can display all development plans
profile, where you can display all subprofiles
You use the
Find Objects for a Development Item function to evaluate individual development plan items.Features
Selection
You evaluate one specific development plan at a time.
