Information on INCE Calculation

Definition

This section specifies the data required for calculating company and employee contributions, for the corresponding National Education Cooperation Institute (INCE) payment.

Structure

The following wage types are necessary for calculating employee and company INCE contributions.

Cumulation wage type /118 (Cum. basis INCE employee): you must indicate in the settings for all wage types that form part of this basis that they are added to accumulator 18.
Cumulation wage type /119 (Cum. basis INCE company): you must indicate in the settings for all wage types that form part of this basis that they are added to accumulator 19.

You enter the percentage of the employee and company INCE contributions in wage types /703 (INCE Contrib. Emp.) and /704 (INCE Contrib. Co.). These wage types are set in the view V_512W_B and must be valuated with accumulators 18 and 19 respectively. Note

When calculating INCE contributions, it is also important that the Additional Company Information has been maintained, particularly the field indicating whether or not the company is a service company.
