Accessing the Data View File Screen

Use

To make the following settings for a data view:

Source extract
Data view selection criteria
Output options
Technical settings

Procedure

From the main Dart menu, choose Information System ® Data extract views.

Doubleclick the data view.

You branch to the Data File View screen. In this screen you can make settings for the listed above. In Technical Settings, you specify Data Segment Access Sequence by choosing either Optimize Access Sequence or Use Specified Access Sequence. For more information on these settings, see Improving the Performance of Views.

Choose Execute.
