In the item display, you can limit the list to certain characteristics. Note where the cursor is, since the function is dependent on the cursor position:

Find, a window appears in which you can select a maximum of three search fields. When you press ENTER, a window appears in which you enter the search criteria for the individual fields. When you press ENTER, the system displays a list of items which meet the search criteria.
