Opening New Approval Year – Repeat Run

Use

You can update the opening of the new approval year by using repeat runs.

Note

This is necessary, if when you ran the first opening of the approval year, it was not possible to foresee which measures would still be closed.

The carryforward is created completely new for each repeat run, based on the status and any additional selection criteria you have entered for measures and appropriation requests.

Features

As compared to the previous run, the data is updated as follows:

Any new measures and appropriation requests that were added to the old investment program are carried forward.
Any measures that were closed since the last run, or any appropriation requests that were closed or replaced by measures, are removed from the carryforward values of the new investment program.
The carryforward of plan and budget values is updated accordingly.
