Setting the Archiving Indicator for Migrated BOMs (RCMIG_BOM_ARCHIVE)

Use

You use report RCMIG_BOM_ARCHIVE to set the archiving indicator for BOMs that are converted into objects for Integrated Product and Process Engineering (iPPE). They can be archived when the archiving indicator is set.

Prerequisites

The BOMs you wish to archive have been migrated to iPPE objects.

Features

This report sets the Deletion flag indicator on the Quantities/Long text tab page in the header data for the migrated BOM. The BOMs are archived or deleted at the next archiving run.

You can simulate the run to check possible results before finally setting the archiving indicator.

Actions

If you want to simulate the report, set the Simulation indicator before you start the report.
