Deleting Output Variants

Prerequisites

You have change authorization for the output variant group from which you want to delete the output variant.

Note

The EMPTY group contains the output variants that you specified in Customizing. You cannot delete these output variants.

You have run a specification search or loaded a set of hits in the specification information system and are located on the hit list screen (see Accessing the Specification Information System).

Procedure

The Edit Output Variant: Group Overview dialog box appears.

Position the cursor on the output variant you want to delete, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

The output variant is not entered in the clipboard. If you want to enter the output variant in the clipboard, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .
