Entering content frameProcedure documentation Accessing the Overall Budget Via Funds Management Account Assignment Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® HR funds and position management ® Overall budget ® Change.
  2. The Overall Budget: Initial Screen appears.

  3. Choose Overall budget ® Access via ® Account assignment from Funds Management.
  4. The Access via Funds Management Account Assignment screen appears.

  5. Enter a FM area, fiscal year, fund, funds center and commitment item.
  6. Select either Overall budget or Allocation in the View group box.
  7. Note

    If you select the Overall budget view, the budget hierarchy is displayed. If you select the Allocation view, the allocations of the overall budget are displayed.

  8. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .

Note

In your user-specific settings, you can define this as the default for accessing the overall budget.
