In the component Funds Management (PSM-FM) there are transfer programs available for customer master data, vendor master data and request documents. These programs allow you to transfer large datasets from a non-SAP system to the R/3 system.

With the SAP R/3 Enterprise Public Sevices delivery, the batch input programs from the area Public Sector Management (RFBIDEK0 and RFBIKRK0) were adjusted to match the batch input programs of Financial Accounting (RFBIDE00 und RFBIKR00). The respective functions of the Public Sector Management and Financial Accounting programs are therefore the same with the exception of the generation of initial files with the data transfer workbench and can both be used.
