Prices (Infotype 1021) 
Definition
Infotype you maintain for business events/event types that contains attendance fee data. This data is used for billing (external price) and internal activity allocation (internal price).
The attendance fees maintained in the Prices infotype for the event type can be taken over as default values when you create/plan an event. You can also modify these prices if necessary. When you book attendance or settle attendance costs, you can also change this price.

Structure
Specifying prices
· You can specify different fees per settlement type:
– an internal price for internal activity allocation
– an external price for external billing
· You must specify the currency for fee settlement in each case.
Depending on the settings you make in Customizing under Day-to-Day Activities ® Booking ® Fee Handling, attendance bookings are processed either free of charge or using the prices stored in the infotype.
Infotype maintenance
You maintain the Prices infotype in Customizing for Training and Event Management in the section Business Event Preparation or in Current Settings under Create Business Event Type. You can also maintain it when you create a business event if it has not been maintained for the corresponding event type.
When you create a business event, book attendance, and settle fees, you can either adopt the prices stored for the business event type, or you can overwrite the proposed prices.
By choosing Business events ®Price proposal, you can determine a price based on the business event costs and transfer this to the Prices infotype.
