  1. In the Product Safety screen, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Specifications.

The Edit Specification: Initial Screen appears.
  1. Enter your selection criteria and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The hit list appears. See also Basic Functions in the Hit List.
  1. Select the specifications you want to distribute and choose one of the following options:

ALE with Recipient Selection

  1. Choose Specification ® Data exchange ® ALE with recipient selection.

The Distribute Specification: Recipient Systems dialog box appears.

Note

The recipients are created in Customizing for Distribution (ALE) under Basic Settings ® Logical Systems.
  1. Select the recipient systems and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The SAP System starts distributing the data to the selected systems.

ALE According to Distribution Model

  1. Choose Specification ® Data exchange ® ALE according to distribution model.

Note

The distribution model is created in Customizing for Distribution (ALE) under Maintain Distribution Model.

The SAP System starts distributing the data according to the distribution model.
