You can release, delete, merge and change the owner of transport requests from the screen SE63: Display Transport Recording Settings. To do this, you select a language and choose Requests ® Requests (current language) or, if you wish to select all languages, Requests ® Requests (all languages) from the menu. The system takes you to the functionality of the standard transport request transaction SE09.

It is important to remember that this functionality is only valid for transport requests that have been created in the translation tool of transaction SE63. If you create other transport requests using standard tools, you will not find be able to locate them from this screen.

To call up the transport requests, proceed as follows:

1. In the screen SE63: Display Transport Recording Settings, choose Requests ® Requests (current language), if you want to select the transport requests for a particular language. The system displays the screen Requests Used By Translation Tool (SE63).
2. In this screen, you can release, delete, merge and change the owner of transport requests.
3. If you wish to select all languages from the screen SE63: Display Transport Recording Settings, choose Requests ® Requests (all languages) from the menu.
