Period Screen 

Procedure

On the period screen, you can display and change the distribution of your statistical key figures or plan data to periods. To reach the period screen, proceed as follows:

1.       On the overview screen, position the cursor on an entry and then choose Period screen.

2.       You can either use the default values provided by the system or enter your own period values.

If desired, you can set a distribution key other than the default one provided by the system in the overview screen. This allows you to distribute the data to periods differently.
