Subtype TCRT allows you to adjust employee and employer taxes in table TCRT.

Subtype TCRT allows you to maintain accurate tax balance limits for employees who switch tax companies during the year. In this subtype, you can enter a special wage type representing the cumulated tax amount that was paid before the employee switched tax companies. This 'artificially' boosts the total tax paid for each pay period in which you enter the wage type, ensuring that cumulated tax amounts continue to build on the cumulated amount, in spite of the change in tax company.

The Infotype 0221, subtype TCRT screen allows you to enter the following information:

• Check date
• Payroll identifier
• Check number
• Tax company
• Off-cycle reason
• Employee and employer tax wage types and amounts
• Tax authorities for tax deductions
