Use

This report provides a view of the Brazilian cluster contents.

Requirements

The data to be entered on the selection screen must comply with the following criteria:

  1. Personnel number
  2. Interval (top and bottom limit) for the relevant period
  3. Update code for entering results
  4. Entries selected from the payroll can be viewed as follows:
    1. List and Select tables options marked: a list of the selected entries is provided and, by choosing an entry, you can view the contents of each table from a list of internal tables.
    2. Only the List option marked: an entry can be selected from the list of selected entries. All contents in the table existing for this payroll entry are edited.
    3. When No previous options are marked: all existing table contents of the selected entries are viewed.
    4. When using option Activate table selection/Deactivate table selection you can differentiate, in the list of selected payroll entries, between the command "Selection of individual tables" and editing all completed tables.

Procedure

Follow the following menu options:

  1. Human resources ® Payroll ® America ® Brazil
  2. Subsequent activities ® Per period ® Tools ® Result of payroll
  3. Enter the required data on the selection screen and run the report.
