Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

The specific or potential negative effect of a chemical, physical, biological, or other nature on the health or wellbeing of persons in a company.

Agents are managed in the specification database of SAP EH&S, and are specifications of the specification category agent. They can be:

• Acetone
• UV radiation
• Lifting loads
• Mechanical danger caused by lack of safety barrier

SAP also uses the term to refer to hazards.
