An object that represents all the funds centers and commitment items for which budget or postings have been posted in their entirety for each fund in hierarchy format.
It is a tool for describing the fund, funds center and commitment item combinations from the whole hierarchy for which budget and postings can be entered, thus making budget allocation clearer.
