SAP Business Workflow (BC-BMT-WFM)

A step type in a workflow definition for executing a task at runtime.

The task can be a single-step task (customer task or standard task) or a multistep task (workflow task or workflow template). At runtime, an activity is represented by one of the following work item types:

• Dialog (type W)
• Background (type B)
• Workflow (type F)
