Procedure

You are in a configuration folder.

  1. Choose the tab page ConFold (configuration folder).
  1. Select a value from the field Type of Controlled Object.

    2. If the object that you want to enter as a controlled object (such as a material master record) has not yet been created in the SAP system, you can provisionally enter a description instead. For more information, see Structure linkDescription for Controlled Objects.

  2. In the group box Controlled Object enter the key for the controlled object and press save.

Result

The controlled object is displayed in the header of the configuration folder structure.

Note

If the field Type of Controlled Object is empty, you can enter a description in the group box Controlled Object for information purposes However, this has no operative meaning. The system rejects the description as soon as a type for the controlled object is selected.
