Assignment Activation
Purpose
Once you have been through all the preliminary steps, the begin date of the assignment draws nearer and the employee has accepted the offer, you activate the new personnel assignment stored during the selection phase.
Prerequisites
You must have been through all the preliminary steps described in
Planning phase and Relocation Phase. Moreover, the assignee must have accepted the offer.Process Flow
The new personnel assignment is activated by means of report Assignment Activation.
Result
At this stage, the global employee joins the local payroll and starts his or her new assignment in the host country.
