Product Data Management (LO-PDM)

A technical description for a project-specific component or components.

The description is based on a template that is individualized with characteristics for a component. In the engineering phase the data sheet represents the requirements component to produce or procure. The data sheet describes characteristics and characteristic values of the component after the project is finished. This means the data sheet represents a real component.
