The characteristic overview screen for the usage decision appears.
  1. Use the possible entries help to choose an appropriate code for the usage decision.

Note

You must use the possible entries help to choose the usage decision code because the code key may not be unique.

The code group and short text for the selected usage decision code is displayed.
  1. Save the data.

A dialog box containing information and proposed values for the automatic follow-up actions is displayed.
  1. Confirm or change the proposed values.
