Infotype Additional Personal Data (0077), stores personal information that is not stored in the other master data infotypes.
This infotype contains information that is confidential, and should only be accessed by a select few employees.
The field for ethnic origin is required. It is used to determine which
Additional Funds (Infotype 0181) an employee must contribute to as well as for regulatory reporting that is required by the government. The field Military Status stores information on the employee’s military status.
This infotype is used most effectively by being included in the New Hire Event.
