In this infotype, you enter data on additional payments that the employee is to receive as awards. You can decide whether this data is relevant to a payroll run in the SAP system.

Depending on the Award Type you select, the system will default an amount, which you can change. Note that if an award is created as relevant to payroll, you must enter the pay date as well as the date of approval; otherwise the system will not be able to determine in which payroll run the award is to be processed.
